Satisfaction Guarantee
Hand Crafted items, and cut opals purchased at Adams Opals are satifaction guaranteed. Any item may be returned upon approval, if undamaged. within 30 days. Opal rough, for the most part, will be rough untouched material. However, there may be times when a rub or worked piece will be included in the parcel sold. I will do my best to ensure that any of the latter will contain color and be able to be usefully cut. I do not intend to sell useless material, but rough parcels sometimes do include this material. Much of my current stock was with me during a fire and so may contain these rubs, or worked material. I will do my best to make sure you have a good photo of the rough parcel for your decision to purchase. Parcels may be returned within 15 days upon approval, if not altered in any way. You may not grind, sand, cut or polish any item you wish to return.
Warrantee
Hand crafted jewelry is warranteed to be free from defect. Normal wear and tear, as well as physically damaged items are not included in this warrantee. Please see the return policies for handling, before returning any item. All returns for defect must be inspected and approved by Adams Opals & Jewelry Creations.
